Tier list

A hero is **situational** when the heroes that counter them do so harshly on average — they're weak against many enemies. A **generalist** is countered less harshly than the pool average. The bar shows the hero's percentile rank by the average of their **negative** counter scores (matchups the hero loses): the hero whose negatives are closest to zero (least countered) sits at 0 (most generalist), the hero whose negatives are most extreme sits at 1 (most situational), and the pool average lands near 0.5 (the bar's center). Synergies and positive counters are intentionally excluded: two heroes of the same role (e.g. two healers) tend to share a strong synergy, which would skew the score for every hero in that role.
